Hi guys,

just put a 4age 20v in my 89 sierra.

none of the dash is working, ie lights tacho etc apart from the high beam light.

is there a main power feed or earth into the dash which powers everything? trying to look around to see if ive missed any wires

found a wiring diagram on suzuki info but doesnt say what wires go to where in the dash.

Have you altered the wiring to the back of the dash at all? There is a wire to feed the taco, and a couple of earth's and power feeds too.
But if you havnt pulled all the wiring apart, they should be hooked up from stock, bar the taco feed which needs to come from the new loom.

Check the earths mate battery to firewall

Cheers ill have a look at them.

I have taken temp tacho and charge from the motor loom as per the previous owners labeling.

But no reds or anything come up when you turn the key.

Put an earth from bat to firewall to check. No difference. All the fuses are fine.

Theres gotta be a crap earth somewhere i reckon. Time to start hunting!

Does anyone have a pinout of the sierra 89 wt dash i have searched but found very little apart from samurai wiring diagrams which are different i think.
