I got the Stockman registered yesterday then upgraded the suspension...thought it was 50mm but it's more like 75mm. I have an issue with the front sway bar where the mounts on the body are to short...I can lengthen the mounts...any suggestions...had the same problem with the rear spring shackles being to short.

I assume you have efs 65mm ?
You car looks barely over standard height. I think you might find springs that were in it to start were prob sagged 2".
Can take the swaybar off without any real ill effects, but in saying that ut really should fit with a bit of manouvering.
The stock shackles should also fit with up to 3.5" spring lift.
Perhaps you have front and rear springs mixed up ?

Yip!!! Actually i meant to put 65mm but it has lifted 75mm

No need for body lift
I run 32" tyres with no bodylift, you will make the car less capable by fitting a body lift in its present state.
Im saying fitting 65mm springs to a car that has sagged 2" will make it seem like alot more lift.
Standard shackles will fit on all but the american springs.

ARB can get spacers for the away bar mount.. Or make them, it doesn't take a big spacer to make the away bar fit on properly but when I fitted my lift (albeit not as tall as yours) they settled in time and the away bar fits on nicely without the spacers

Very good point once you take it for a spin you will drop some height and moreso after a few trips on corragations and offroad.
Just do the hyden track a few times but let you tyres down or youll never walk again.

This is what I made up for my Maruti ute, 30mm x 2mm RHS. How did the EFS springs go in the back?, according to there website sight there not recomended for traybacks.

Thx Nick...I went down to my w/shop and bought back some heavy wall 30mm tubing thinking along the same lines as your ASB link...as for the EFS rear springs I had to mount the shackle end first otherwise it wouldn't fit even then it's was a wrestle... There is a problem with the front EFS springs as well where there is minimal clearance between it and the spring

The efs 65mm work fine on a trayback they only dont reccomend them because they dont handle being loaded up to well and fail. For this very reason they offer a different h/d spring for lwb's i know of a few warranty claims from suzistore built lwbs that made efs come up with a solution. So in short just dont overload it and should be nice and flexy offroad and last a fair while.
Regular driving and offroading see's me replace my springs every 2yrs or so but i flog hell out of them.

No swaybar needed i dont run one cause flex is zero offroad with it in and my springs are stiff enough to eliminate max body roll onroad

Bolt heads are tack welded inside the RHS for ease of removal when replacing swaybar bushes. You'll soon fill those gaurds when you add bigger tyres.
