I took myhubs out today and went to put them back in and now i cant lock them in i can onlyturn it half way from FREE to LOCK. any ideas on what the go is?

Or does anyone have a few pics on putting them back in??

Just had a quick look no pictures but from what I can remember you could see how the locking mechanism worked with the hub off. As you turn the hub to lock it should release the spring that pushes the locking sleeve between the axle and wheel hub. I'm talking about the plate with the selector for "free" and "locked".
If you can't figure it out I can slip it off and take some piccys.

All fixed now. it was the small spring that holds to coggie lockie thing to the other platie bit

I know excactly what you mean. I was going to describe it like that but thought you may not understand the thingame whatsit technical description. :D

This is Toyota centric but the zook Aisin hubs are almost identical. Click here
