Has anyone had trouble getting a 99 jimny gearbox off an engine (g13bb) I've checked 10 times that all the bolts are un done

Yer it's moved 25 to 30 mill but won't go any further the engine and box is out of the car

Spigot bearing or spline must be grabbing. If you can get a pry bar on both sides then try giving it a bit of extra persuasion

Are you taking the weight of the box so it can be pulled straight back?

Yer even gap all round I've sprayed a shitload of wd onto the spline and will let it sit and try tomorrow after work
