I have a floppy passenger sunvisor. can these be repaired

I hope so, I have one on drivers side. Dealers want close to £50 for a new one and Im struggling to find an ignis in breakers where I live (UK)

Its a 2004 Suzuki ignis, at least that's what its called over here.
There is no screw to alter the tension, its a plastic spindle and looks like there is a metal clip inside.
I am trying to sell the car and not prepared to spend much on it so if I could fix it that would be good.

my question was aimed at the OP, seeing he doesn't state what the sunvisor came from.

well I follow the youtube above but used heat shrink instead of tape. Worked a treat lets see how long it lasts
