Hey guys after some pics/ideas for flat belly.. mounting etc.
And also how much extra transfer transfer height ia required? Can it be done without cutting the floor?
Ideally I'd like to go from spring mounts to spring mounts and keep a 100% flat?

I've lifted my transfer 50mm, It's now above the bottom of the rails, I'll find out exactly how much tomorrow for you.

I think Gwagen lifted his 30mm(?) and it's above the rails.

Mines lifted 40mm and above the rails, also want a belly plate tho.

50mm is above rails with a ring.

50mm bodylift needed or floor cutting with no BL

weld on chassis some tapped out angle for plate and countersink heads, or can do rock slider ubolt style mounts

Keep in mind the lwb maruti has different crossmember which makes lifting the transfer more than 30mm (roughly) impossible without crossmember mods. I have had issues with just cruizins lift but with some thought and follow up work on his part we found a decent solution allowing max lift possible with no mods (3-4mm clearance).

50mm for my old lwb was just snug above the chassis line. Took a fair bit of cutting tho

Put a measuring stick on mine today. Drain plug is 10mm above the chassis rails and the handbrake drum is JUST below the rails. If you had to make a belly plate level with the other various mounts and brackets on the chassis obviously you wouldn't have to lift it the full 50mm.

I'm sure lwb and swb are the same... Mine is lifted 50mm and I had to cut and shut the floor.... It clears the rails with a roctoy
