As question asks..
I had this motor in suz but i drove it till the cranksensor wires were earthing out on the sump from melted insulations made the motor die then found out next day why!.. At the time.. she was cooking/boiling the oil and pushing the fumes out the exhaust so it burns you eyes!....But still went like a ripper although she wouldent idle!
Is it possible to rebuild. Or scrap it..
I realise its all alloy so everything may be possibly warped..
Anyone want it? offers?

Pull the head off, get a bubblestick and see if the block looks flat. Do the same with the head...

WTF is a bubble stick?? Is it the same as a straight edge??
Send head and block off for crack testing. If they're cracked turf them or spend the $$ having them welded.
