When doing a body lift do you leave the original car rubbers in there??

Usually yes. But for some kits (and I am thinking the bits4vits Vitara body lifts here) no - the body lift block replaces the existing puck.

sounds like a great way to crack the floorpan/bodymounts especially the one in front of the rear wheel. :?
