Need some help with best way to go about rebuilding my 85 transfer case, wanting reduction gears, new bearings throughout, new breather, updated front output shaft, shifter kit. Is there any other options then to buy the ebay parts individually, or that low range off-road company?

LROR is your best option IMO.

Low range is the only way to go.
