Hi can anyone tell me if I swap out my g13bb manual transfer case for a g13bb auto one will it give reduction and if so how much

From what I have read, they use the same transfer, just different ratios in the diff.

It's only VVT where the ratios are different because the VVT manual gearbox has a 1:1 5th so it needed the higher geared transfer case but the auto retained the overdrive top gear so it needed the lower geared transfer.

Is it only m series transfers that are different auto to Manual? (27% or something)

Trailjimny make and supply reduction gears for your model,I just priced them.Will give 24%reduction hr 1,63:1 lr 2,65:1 cost 650 eur +80eur freight,cheers

^That makes it around $1000ish compared to around $700 with a better reduction for the Sierra case.
