what is this thing? i cant find it on the wiring diagram, it has a plain yellow wire and a blue with red trace wire. following the yellow it goes back to an ac relay, so im not convinced its the original wires...

Its an idle up for when the ac is turned on ,doesnt look like the original gti part though, as gti has a seperate electric valve on rear of intake plenum, can be deleted.

sweet. just block off the vacuum lines or join them?

next question: where does this line go? was off when i got the engine...
