Take the car to a rad shop or any decent mech w/shop and get a combustion gas test done on the cooling system. Senses if there is comb gases in the coolant, it should pass as your not loosing coolant but if it has had a head or head gasket failure, the coolant my have been reused so might fail the test.

Ive already taken it for a gas test. And it didn't pick up any combustion gas

the Radiator was blocked up badly by the red sediment - only about 10% of the radiator was working
