Hi, I did a conversion to my sierra about 6 months ago now its been running realy good but we recently did some more high speed offroad stuff in dusty conditions, it started with a random splutter then got worse over the weekend and seamed to be fine while cold until it got warm, idle would be ruff and in and out and anythink over half throttle it would break down and it would be like flat to the floor no power then full power like someone turning a light switch off and on while still holding it flat and then stall and seamed to get worse the further we drove,so we put it back on the trailer and brought it home, did fuel filter, plugs, leads, stripped throttle body down and cleaned it down, we took it out today ran fine for 15min then started to splutter and started cutting out again, we thought if it was coil it would be doing it all the time and same with fuel we are running g16b tank new pump and lines, we also thought if it was a loose wire it would play up when you hit the ruff stuff, its really random but seams to run good for the first 15min then problems, now the the only other 2 things is we have never had a speedo or a vss and a short exhaust pipe if maybe a oxygen sensor, but it used to run really good and we havent changed anythink, so yeah we are at lose next step is maybe dyno and or scan tool but if anyone has any ideas please throw it out there,
cheers,
