If i were to buy:

Gabriel Ultra Rear shocks
Dobinson Struts
Ironman Coils

Would i be looking at achieving 30/40mm lift alone?

The springs are what's going to give you your lift , so when you were looking up the iron man springs what lift were they rated at ?
