Hi

Doing some work on the front of my ute .. took the diff off to clean up steering knuckles etc... pulled out the CV's and cleaned them out with the intention of pulling them apart to repack .. well using the technique in the clip below didn't work .. any other techniques ?? .. so if I can't get them apart can I just repack with the joint still assembled ?? .. any tips on getting the grease in ??

DO NOT disassemble the CV unless you have to replace it.

Suzuki's have a habit of snapping the end off the axle shaft when removing the CV.

Clean it out by flushing with degreaser and then rinse and pack full of CV grease by hand.
