Is there anyone near acacia ridge/Annerley that can help me out. Just drove from gympie to attend skillstech in brisbane for a week and on the drive down my output seal on the gear box has failed. What im asking has anyone got a little garage workshop I can hijack to top my gear box oil level up. All my tools and mates are in gympie, which make you feel very alone down here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
What do you need other than a 10mm square drive adaptor (Repco, Supersheap, Bursons etc) and a bottle of oil? Funnel or pump bottle etc are luxuries, but they're cheap and easy to find too...
Wouldn't you be better off finding a workshop to replace the seal? Or are you just trying to keep rolling til you can get home and do it yourself?
