is that the little fluid dampener in the clutch line?
did you bench bleed the master, prior to fitting it?

Rebled the master then rebled the system with a clamp on slave which gets good feel and not getting any air through. Refit slave and then it goes soft. Doesnt feel like alot of pressure coming back on the clutch fork could my issue be coming from inside on the clutch fork. I hope not don't really feel like pulling that out.

What were your original symptoms that lead you to change the slave and master?
From what you describe with "Not alot of pressure coming back on the clutch fork", sounds pressure plate related.

original symptoms were it was fine on sat left it drove it Monday morning wasn't the best but still worked and then Monday arvo no pedal at all so assumed that the slave had gone it didn't look that great so replaced with one that leaked and replaced that with one that also leaked then got one that was good. any way got the gear box off today clutch fork was super loose and pressure plate has a fairly decent groove in it I haven't had any noise from the throw out bearing. so getting a clutch kit ill get a new fork pivot ball and spring clip to go with it.

might pay to check to see if the master isn't leaking on the inside of the firewall.

Brand New one. Once I got a slave that didn't leak i replaced the master bled it clamped the slave and I have a hard pedal but still wouldn't disengage that's why I pulled the box out.
