Hey fella's
I have a widetrack with a g16b in it.
It has the old 1.3 box in it with 410,000k on it so its getting a little noisy and sloppy.
I have the 1.6 flywheel,clutch,gearbox mount and shortened jackshaft already.
My question is what would be involved in modding the remote shifter mech to get it close to lining up with the original hole if possible?
Ive had a search and seen it mentioned it can be done bit with no other info.
Im fairly competent and have an ok workshop but if machining or mills are required im out.

Actually mate that second link kind of showed what i have to make up.I did see the first one but it only showed the top with the shifter already bolted on,i more needed to see what you had to do underneath it.
Thanks mate i now have half an idea at least where to start.
