diff torque values.... help please!

hey guys, just reinstalling my rear diff and rather than just tightening till it feels right (my normal way) i thought i better do it right this time. the owners manual i have doesnt cover the rear dif grrrr :evil:

can anyone help me with torque settings for

diff centre case cap (bit with spider/side gears in it)
ring gear bolts
bearing cap bolts

thanks in advance

oh, its a 85 1.3 NT sierra
