Hey guys, long time no post from me, probably because it has been a few years since I last had a working suzi to drive around in
I started a gti conversion ages ago, had a half finished car with the engine all set up and running, the engine was heavily worked with cams, over sized cylinders, high compression pistons cultus manifold, sr20 throttle body etc, it was running an msd digital six plus ignition computer and an ems stinger ECU. All of which I decided to transplant from that car into my sierra, unfortunately after getting it all in and while wiring up the harness one of my dumb ass mates crossed the wrong wires and fried the ECU. Not being able to afford a new one I figured I would convert it to a quad gsxr750 carb set up I had, but I never got that running properly, and I didn't feel I could slap a stock computer on it and have it run properly.

After having it sit there in rego for almost two years while all of this was going on, I decided to buy a straight GTI engine, with stripped down harness and stock ecu. I had everything I would need to get it to run, because of course the other engine was all up and running originally. I got a high pressure fuel pump, all the hoses, mazda dizzy cap etc
I managed to swap over the engine parts, from the other engine, heavy duty clutch, oil pick up and sump and what not, got it in the car, and started sorting out the wiring, but I simply haven't had the time to finish it off (and honestly, as much as I am obsessed about doing shit myself, I'm just not that good). I got made redundant in my last job, and have just started another one, I work all week and most of the weekend, and when I'm not, I'm looking after kids, I just haven't had the time to finish off this project

I was hoping there might be someone on here that would be able to finish it for me, I know there are lots of very experienced people here and I know we are all busy but most of the basic stuff is in place, and I have all of the parts. I live in Warwick QLD, and would be happy to trailer it anywhere if someone was willing to help me out. I would be willing to pay in cash, or in parts, as of course I still have the original worked GTI engine that I bought, with receipts I was given for almost 10k worth of work done on it, I've got the MSD ignition computer still in working order worth a fair bit by itself, I've got a whole other Suzuki short wheel base that I have been rebuilding and repainting, just tell me what you want and we can work something out. I just want my suzi to work so I can go 4x4ing again, and I don't have the time or the skills to do it

I'm easy, if someone is willing to finish it I would work to their time frame
The project has been sitting here for so long, it wouldn't bother me one way or another, I would just like to sort something out as I know I wont be able to get it finished myself
