is there anyway to tell if my 89 swb sierrra has lifted leaves?

i always thought that the stock leaves where flat? while mine certainly have quiet a curve in them?

Stock leaves are flat with the bottom leaf curving down.
If yours all curve up you most certainly have lifted springs
