Looks like 215/75r15 and 1-2" of lift.

Front wheel looks like it just fits ghe back of the ftont guard which has been chopped slightly
30x 9.5 on dynamic sunrasia 15x7 -12mm rims with 2in lift and 10mm coil spacers

Can't help with lift specs but can tell you the pic was taken at the Glass house play area under the eastern powerlines.
