Hey guys, wondering if anyone can shine some light on this...

Purchased a BYE body lift kit specifically for the 1litre, it's come with 4 female bolts and 6 male bolts. From what I can gather there are 6 fixed studs in the middle of the body not 4. So I'm thinking they may have screwed up when packing the kit, unless the early 1.0l sj's are different?

This is what I can make out from previous threads, obviously I can't tell for sure until I lift the body and have a look. Would suck to get that far then have to put everything back on with no lift!

What's your thoughts should I go for it??

It's strange, not only is the quantity of bolts different, the blocks match up, iv got 6 sleeved ones for the male and 4 unsleeved for the female. I'm wondering if it is correct for the 1.0l? I left the car at work il have to take a look in the morning, fingers crossed it's all good and I can get it done! I sent Greg an email anyway so il see what he reckons.

1.0 only requires 4 captive bolts. The inside two near the rear seat bolts are normal bolts.

Steve's obviously pumped out so much good info over the years that he doesn't even have to reply to a thread to help people and get called a legend.

Yep, the instructions are written around 1.3lt Sierra's, the 1.0lts are different. Both in the mounts beside the tunnel being loose bolts but also the the rubbers being thinner.
