So something has obviously stuffed up in the vacuum hubs as the 4wd light flashes. So was just wondering where the best place to buy manual locking hubs is?? TIA

You can fit Sierra hubs and you can either grind off the ring or use the Ben T adaptors. If you use the adaptor you can still go back to the original hubs if you ever wanted to do that. You also need to then block off both the vacuum lines going to the front hubs. That way the light will stop flashing. This is probably the most common modification for a Jimny with vacuum hubs.
