when you say left handed does it not go more off your dominant eye not dominant hand?

probably? It's my dads bow, he is right handed at everything else but shoots opposite to most right handed people so your probably correct.

I shoot recurve bows and I'm pretty sure that left hand means left hand. Eye dominance just needs a correction of the sight.

Although, we don't sight through the string quite like a compound shooter, so it may be different for a compound bow.

If you are right eye dominant you hold your bow in the left hand, and draw the string with your right hand.
