Has any one ever tried to import the parts to make there own jimny 4sport, Like the ones they sell in brazil ?
Or does anyone have a parts book for the 4sports, So i can get the item codes ?

South American models tend not to be on the Suzuki 'worldwide' database. I copied this from the Bigjimny forum:

The tire size is actually 215/75r15 bf goodrich mud km2. The one with huge tires on the video was the DDS model that has been discontinued in 2011. It was first made trough a joint between Suzuki and DDS (dds.ind.br/) so they can market the off road appeal of the car, as standard Jimny don't look that capable to most people.

The DDS version actually had big tires (235/85r16) from factory along with a new suspension set, new ring and pinion set (later ones), snorkel, reinforced recovery points, skid plate, among other things.

The 4work and 4sport model use the wheel arches, bumpers, recovery points and snorkel previously designed by DDS, but the suspension is stock and they added a 1" body lift (same as in the HR version, also discontinued). The 215/75r15 tires are also optional (about a thousand US$ more)

To buy such bumpers and wheel arches, however, is still very expensive. I have made a quote at dealership to put those on mine and it's easier to buy brand new 4sport Jimny. When this parts became more popular, them this transformation maybe can make sense. And it will happen, because it's selling well.

Wife is Brazilian and I have worked with Suzuki parts departments world wide before. I think there is a very good chance I could get these parts

Does anyone know if the 4sport wheel arches are the same or wider than the ones on the Australian jimny?

They don't look any wider to me.
