Hey guys,
I have my battery light and hand break light come up on my dash it started off by coming and going but now its staying but my batter is neither flat, my even when i take my hand break all the way off the light still comes on, anyone know the causes of this?

What alternator does it have?
Check the plug wiring?
Check your brake fluid level?

Handbrake warning light in a Vitara doubles as a low brake fluid light, so check that. Otherwise the switch is on the front of the bracket that the handle mounts to. Find that and check if manipulating it by hand works, or that the wiring plug is still connected etc.

Both coming and going together sounds interesting...

in a sierra both come on when alternator isnt charging. check the voltage of the battery while the cars running
