hey guys, ive just bought a 99 jimny and i have plans to run 30's (tyres). I have heard that swapping the transfer case with one off a leafy coil is a big improvement with minor modding involved. but i thought i would ask incase someone on here has experience in this field.

Hmm how does one search "sierra transfer case jimny" when the search drops sierra and jimny? Just tried it myself for shits and giggles. Edit: googled it - post #3 tells you how and what you need - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=35884Dunno if this also helps - viewtopic.php?f=17&t=30820

Love how somebody always posts just to prove you wrong on this site, after not giving much of a shit at the start. Happens without fail. Where I went wrong obviously was searching "sierra transfer jimny"

"jimny sierra transfer gears" also had the same posts on first page
It ignores the jimny and sierra etc, but still highlights them. You can scroll till you see lots of highlighted bits.
As you did, google also helps find it. At least you tried
I doubt Maverick is the Goose at searching, I think just too lazy to bother, its not a Mission Impossible. But luckily he seems to be the Top Gun at sarcasm.

That's sometimes the only way I can find stuff on here. Half the time searches lead back to threads telling people to search. Better it gets ignored and then deleted IMO, then we could find stuff when we do search. Edit: Happens a lot on other forums too, more than here. Its becoming a peeve of mine.
