hey guys, just wondering is there a guide how to make the rock lobster gearset? i have both cases just need some info. sorry if there is already a post i couldnt find it, cheers

Gotta say I'd tend to agree with that. 4:1 gears are pretty cheap.

i already have the 2 casses and 5.12 diff gears so really it wouldnt be costing me anything. cheers though guys

Seems like a lot of work to destroy 2 cases for not a huge gain. May as well spend money on gears that are at least going to be not or less perfect and give you many years of use. Thanks!! i think 80% will be more then enough with my diff gears! for my surroundings anyway! theres not all to much super slow crawling

$200 and ill weld the gears together.
I've built 3 so far and 3 are all still going strong along with a 1L/6.5 combo i built for myself.
Just send me the 2 gears and ill send back your product

Personally I wouldn't castle the gears like in that guide. Some info in this thread about how a few guys in the UK machine and weld the gears with much better results, Richard has done 100s now and I haven't heard of one failing. http://www.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/forum1/vi ... ng&start=0
