Hi guys
So i have recently purchased a sierra.
I am going to buy a 2 inch body lift and was wondering whether i will need extended brake lines or need to adjust the gear stick.

Cheers Matt

No brake lines required. Gear sticks should be fine, if anything is required you just need to grind out the shifter boot retaining ring and possibly the tunnel hole though that is very uncommon

The transfer stick will hit the tunnel.
The previous install of my BL (vicelore's write up on outers) hacked the tunnel a bit.
I'm not a fan of it and prefer to lift the transfer case 35-40mm

Never had an issue with mine. I did eventually lift the transfer but didn't have a problem before that

Fitted plenty and had issues with maybe 15% but it's an easy fix

Is there actually a reason behind wanting to put in a body lift..? Low is the new lift dude.

Cheers for the input guys. I will see how it goes and hack away at the tunnel if I need to.
Yeah Neofitou i want to do a engine swap to a 1.6 vitara or gti swift engine and heard a body lift will help as the engine fits quite snug without one.

Go straight to Baleno 1.6. Vitara are getting old and more likely to get cracks than the Baleno ones it seems. Swift aren't worth the trouble (although many will disagree).

I would lower then engine over raising the body if it needs it. once you get to 35" tires its worth raising the body about an inch so you can keep the top of the front quarter panels. otherwise, meh.
