G'Day Zookers,

Looking at putting a newer set of front seats in my SJ70

After reading through some older post I see the swift gti seats fit right in no dramas

Just wondering if anyone has successfully fitting any other seats into a SJ70?

Jimny, Baleno, barinas, vitaras or any later models?

I put gti swift seats in mine... real easy.. i had to nut and bolt the rear of the seat where the rail bolts on as the stock rails were too short from memory.

Technically any modification to seat mountings, rails etc needs engineer approval/mod plate, even if it's just drilling a hole.

Any seat with 4x flat mounting points can be made to fit with a small amount of work. You just need to consider size as there's not too much room in a Sierra. Also height of base, as too high or low will make driving comfortably a pita
