Guys I had me rear breaks done on my 87 lwb on friday (calapers ...shoes..) and now they seem to tight .car dosnt roll or pulls up very quickly .brakes get hot ...less performance when driving .... is this normal? Handbrake now works though .

No it's not, the adjustment is incorrect.

Ok then is it just a matter of adjusting a cog like other drum brake settups?

No. It has a self adjuster that will need to be reset now. I'd suggest going back to whoever fitted them to have it sorted
