i removed my front clip today and there is no chassis number on the plate it is bare nothing on it :?
also ther is no body plates at all i have looked on the front guard and also in the foot well but nothing 8O

The chassis number on top of the drivers side chassis rail right at the front. It's stamped on a plate which is welded to the chassis (ohhhh sheeet).

The other plates are on top of each fender (in W.A, compliance on the drivers side, manufacturers plate on the other) and from a certain importer, there's one in the foot well.

Perhaps in the slight hope that it was engineered, go ask what your engine was last registered to.

Yep thats what i thought there are no number on the plate i will hit it with a wire wheel tomorrow and there is no manufacture plate on the body i found the holes where it was but it has not been there for a lllooooonnnngggg time from what i was told its been 10 odd years from rego and has a Toyota motor conversion no engineering mod plates either.

So it looks as i will be looking for a new chassis and manufacture plate to suit from a rust bucket. :deadhorse:
