Been having a few issues with our GV so its time to get rid of it...

Its a 2008 5door manual (MY09)
ESP, traction control, 6 airbags, Bluetooth,
81,000kms, 1 owner.
40mm Ironman lift (still have stock suspension in shed)
225/75/R16 Silverstone All terrains (+4 stock rims and tyres)
tow bar and caravan Anderson plugs,
Full underbellie skid plates (not currently fitted)

nice to drive and very reliable.

Whats wrong with it....... well

T/stat was stuck shut for a bit and it resulted in it overheating.
I suspect a cracked head as it is a common problem with this model.
Have noticed a small amount of moisture under rad cap and intermittent bubbles in rad.
Have replaced t/stat, full cooling system flush and chemiweld treatment.
No more moisture or bubbles.

Planning to trade it in on another car but thought I'd offer it up here.

This would almost be the cheapest GV on the market
As is No RWC or REG $8,000

We are looking at replacements today and if we find something it will get traded.
that may happen today or next week. so don't waste an time.

Phone me if keen 0401510759

trying to be as honest about this as possible as I don't want someone to buy it and then crack the shits coz it breaks down.

yep Traded it in.

Bought the Wife a 2014 SSS Pulsar
manual.
3550kms
1.6L turbo.
140kw
240Nm
0-100 in about 7sec.....
Its a very simple car...
FWD, 6 speed, Sat Nav, Bluetooth audio, rear camera, switchable Traction Control, auto lights, leather, keyless entry, push button start..... bla bla bla.
rear leg room is huge. More than the GV

We have looked at a heap of different cars and this was about the only one we could both agree on that was in out price range....

Trade in value on the GV is disgusting $6k  but ours was in need of a bit of TLC.
Was due for a service, new tyres, front seat, and NFI how much head repair was gonna cost.

but in the end we walked away with an almost new SSS pulsar for $14k change over. Cant argue with that
