I got a transfer case delivered from melb to sydney in 22 hrs for $30, hard to beat dude...

Airroad are reasonable. Half the price of mainfreight. Also try Mannway. They go east to west 3 times a week.

Have always found these guys to be cheapest for heavy interstate stuff.
I usually pick up from their depot to keep costs down too.
