Hey
Im after a 34" tire and I can get interco's LTB which I have heard to be very good both in the mud and on rocks but have also read in several places, they only measure 32.5" not being a true 34"? Has anyone measured theirs before? and what are everyone's overall thoughts on the tire?
Is there any other 34s people would recommend over the LTBs?
Thanks Sam

If you want a measured 34" tyre you'll need to buy 35-36" tyres. Beware though- a measured 34" tyre is BIG
Just the way it is unfortunately.

silver stones i have had previously have measured to size if not bigger, my 31s also measure to size!! i tried on some 33s and they seemed like they where no real increase hence wanting 34s do you think the LTBs would be the go though? might go into OL see if they have any i can put next to the car as perhaps the 33 i tried was more like a 32 or something?

Google the Interco website. A 34" LTB measures 33.6 or 33.8" dia.
I read lots of incorrect crap on the internet written by third parties too unfortunately.

correct it does say that on the interco website which is what i first read but then when i read the other third party crap it mentioned how it wasn't to the specified size on the website as if interco where not being 100% truthful or just incorrect.

The 34" LTBs I have seen (and put next to a 32") were definitely larger than a 32".

Well yes, but that would make them over 31", which you'd hope.
The argument over sidewall size vs actual size will never go away. Most people can't fit/wouldn't be prepared to run tyres if they were true size.
