Can anyone help me with finding an 2ltr v6 vitara gearbox, wether it be a car being wrecked or a rebuild kit, must have syncro rings or what gearbox's are compatible with the H20A engine? Thanks

What are the problems/symptoms of the box that you have?

Plenty of syncro ring kits on ebay. Would you overhaul it?

I would but I can't find the syncro kit for my car only the 4 cylinder models, Suzuki quoted about $110 for a single genuine syncro

Can you list your gear ratios and take a photo of the gearbox as best you can?
I believe that the box is the same as the one behind the j20a which is also very similar to the 1.6 albeit with a different 5th gear ratio.

Yeah I'll find out and take some photos, I've heard the j20a is similar, they run the same clutch kit and everything so I'd assume they wouldn't be much different

1.6, G16B, manual, 5th gear is 0.86 2.0, J20a, manual 5th gear is 0.795 2.0, H20A manual 5th gear is ?
X2 on the input shaft lengths although the spline is likely to be the same count. (Jimny g13BB and GV j20a had the same spline but different pilot shaft diameter.)
