M13A engine

Unfortunately will be hard to sell without a KM reading (cluster is gone)
Wiring harness has been chopped and fuse box removed, possible to still do a compression test off the starter motor.
A/c bracket and powersteering missing from motor.
All other bolt ons are there, unsure condition of box and transfer.
2004 build.

How "chopped" is chopped, when it comes to the loom? Just chopped at the end to take the fuse box out, or completely butchered all over the place?
Also, no mention of ECU; is that there?

Fuse box had been removed already, most of the loom had been cut through the bulk of the engine bay wiring.
