Hey guys, I have accuried a JML Jimny full floater kit and was wondering if anyone had one or a few of these things. -Instructions -A way to determine wether it is a PINTARA caliper kit or a GALANT kit -A list of other parts required. I know it's a bit of a long shot haha I believe what I need parts wise is Front Jimny rotors, Vit hubs (particular year ect?), the correct callipers and then a few miscellaneous brake hoses ect. Thanks for your help in advance haha Joel

I know you need the Jimny rotors, as for brake lines its not too hard to biy a flaring tool and DIY. No idea on the rest sorry!

FYI there's a difference in the rotors between the BB jimny and the M jimny - it's not heaps but it's enough that one's a nice snug fit and the other is a bit looser. To fit the vit hub you need the smaller one, otherwise the studs are doing all the locating of the rotor and not the centre bore.
Unsure how to determine Pintara/Galant, but mine was pintara for the sierra kit.
Other parts required - you'll need to sort out the handbrake cable. For mine it was swift GTI cables and a bit of bodge work under the handbrake to take the 2 cables back to one. Pics are in my build thread.
You'll also need someone to make up your new hard lines.

Yeah brake line wise I'll be able to sort that out fine and along with the rotors I have a set of front BB and M series so I can pick the ones that fit the best.
Any chance you'd know what year Vitara hubs I should be trying to accuire?
I guess the only way for me to work out what Callipers would be to bolt everything up and try and get a hold of both and dummy fit them to see which works.

I cant remember - Joe supplied the calipers with my kit to avoid confusion (i asked the same question)
I believe there were only 2 pintara models that were rear disc, when it came to fitting and i needed to put pads in, we got pads for both and then returned the ones that didnt fit.
There's pics of mine in my build thread which might help to identify?
