Hello all
How complex is it to install oem style fog lights into my 2012 jimny?
Are the wires all there? Does the bumper need to come off and so on.
Thanks in advance

More than likely you will need to wire it yourself (about to put some in my new bar so will have the same headache soon)
I recon you can leave the bumper on, but how to wire it up and where to wire it to I will get help with.

In MOST cases, if fog lights were a factory option, the wiring will be in place, and you'll simply need to add the missing pieces - relay, switch & lights.

Just rang Exclusive Jap Wreckers here in Adelaide and he said that it SHOULD all be there, just got to locate the wiring and plug it in but he,s not sure if the bumper will need to come off to mout the light's.
I will check it out later as it's not critical to have these extra lights, just thought it would look good.

I can only speak for the cars I've had with fog lights (mini, Renault, Range Rover, and BMW) they were useless and do nothing other than annoy other road users.

I do actually live somewhere with reasonable frequent fog.
