Hello all I know there should be a link on here some where to a response on this but I am looking put the rear springs into the front of the suzuki and then I will be putting in some longer springs into the back. The question I have is how hard is it to put the leafs into the front. Thanks for the help.
I have some springs out of an unknown nissan they are 5mm wider then the stock leafs and there is only 2 leaves and 2 helpers on the bottom not sure what vehicle they are off but hopefully will all work well or should i be better off just getting the correct lifted leaves any advice would be great thanks
Just RUF with stock Suzuki springs. It will provide ample flex and height. Remember, lifted springs don't clear tyres, bumpstop spacing does.
Also, there is a limit to how much longer the rear springs can be. And there isn't much to be gained from extended the rear further then they already are.
And there's plenty of posts about extending the chassis and re welding up the shackle holders. There is ALOT of fabrication work involved and if you cannot weld, it could be costly getting someone to manufacture it for you. Also remember this is not legal in any sense of the word. If a neat job is done, no-one will ever really tell unless you get Canaried and the bloke is switched on when doing your safety check.
