Today driving the zook the steering seems to be a bit stiff and sticky in a certain spot what could cause this. It may be a coincident but i have no drive to the front right wheel as its locked it should have drive. I was thinking it might be my cv but i have not heard anything (breakages etc) it also has vit power steer has anyone experienced this

Are the unis/ rag joint on your steering shaft moving freely? Sometimes the vit box can cause this prob due to its offset output. You may need to fit a wedge bracket to re-align the output shaft with the steering shaft.

Or it could be a CV if you have no drive.

I run 2 unis on my steering shaft to compensate for the angle of the box and the problem only started yesterday. Also the fact that i havent driven it witht the hubs engaged for a fair while seems a bit funny that it would be a cv it was all working fine last time i went 4x4ing. And all the bearings are good.
