Is there any way I can fit 32" or 33" tyres on my Sierra with out chopping? Like make it higher or something like that???

No. Some chopping will be necessary unless you make the car so tall it is no longer functional. And/or bumpstop the car so heavily it has no suspension travel.

The rear is no problem, the issue is the front.

It might be possible to run a narrow 32 (235 85 16) on GV rims with just some seam hammering if you run bumpstop spacing and remove the bumper outrigger

A narrow 33 (255 85 16) will contact the headlight bucket area with the car at any sensible ride height.

I don't mind cutting the Guards it's just I can't get the bolts out that hold the flare on there that tight hahah, but if I can get them off I'll probably just end up cutting

the bolts in the flares are usually rusted and need cutting or drilling to remove

You'd be prepared to run the car really tall to avoid removing some rusted in screws?

Yup i run 235/85r16 on gv rims with 1" spacers on the front and 2" spacers on the rear for workable offset with 2" springs and some light hammerwork.
