Hey guys looking at getting some 2004 grand vitara rims for my lwb 1992 vitara will they fit ok

Offset is different- they will increase track which increases front scrub radius and lowers effective front spring rate, these might be helpful for your application.

Yes, they physically fit.

Ohk no worries I just picked them up for free so is there any ways I can make them work aka body lift

Fit them. Then flex it up and see what needs massaging, then go from there.
