Hey guys. Just thought I would post up some pics of my LJ80 that I am sprucing up. I say sprucing as I don't really have a good base to work off (body wise) so I am making do. Also waiting for a shoulder reconstruction to rehab properly so I can do some heavy lifting mechanically (so I have another month until I can properly hit the tools).
The mission, at the moment, is to get it respectable because it's definitely not that now!

holy crap is that just export brand pressure pack? looks a ton better. ive just startedt cutting out the couple of small spots of rust on the drover and repainting that because the factory 30 year old yellow looks like arse, was just going to do matte black but looking at that yellow its much nicer than the factory colour you might have changed my mind

It's a 1978! And I'll put it out there, never sprayed a car before and it's being done in the front yard so it's decidedly dodgy. But it's a hell of a lot better than it was! Some more pics below, I'm doing a couple hours every weekend so just slowly chipping away!
