I'm chasing any leads on Suzuki specialist mechanics to work on a 02 GV SQ625 (Not sure why info like this isn't stickied in the business section but anyway). Fine with sole traders or those that work from a ute tray etc.

Must have done lots of work on SQ series GVs. Seriously. Really over arguing and trying to talk more general mechanics through all the intricacies of the well known GV issues.

Also if anyone knows of a car wash place that offers a pit for you to drive your car over so you can degreese + pressure wash the bottom of the car that'd be tops.

The best Suzuki mechanic I know of who used to work at Suzi Auto now works at One Stop, although that hasn't stopped me from using Suzi Auto once.

There's the odd mechanic on here... don't know if I should drop there name or not as they are probably super busy...

Also, exercise some caution and restraint when degreasing a car with a pressure washer. Plenty of potential to get water where it shouldn't be.

Also you need to update your profile ScorpyDude. You were much cooler when you owned an SJ410!

Hi guys,

I am going for a big trip through the Outback & Simpson Desert in August. Can you please recommend a good Suzuki/4wd specialist around Brisbane who could do a thorough pre- trip inspection and comprehensive servicing?
I have got a 2010 GV 2.4l.

Keema cars down Cleveland I've used before and quoted same price servicing As one stop, saving me a trip to the Gold Coast. They used to be a Suzi dealer but seemed to fall out with Suzuki QLD so should know common problems etc. Not sure how they go with 4x4 mods, but I think they might be worth a call. Train station is close by if you need to get back to Brissy too.
