So i finally wore out my 8 year old 1510 lockright. Teeth have finally worn out. Its been around for over 8 years. first in my WT Sierra and more recently in my GV.

So im currently rebuilding the front of the Gv and fitting a new lockright but i have a question....

is a 4 pin diff a better choice than a 2 pin diff? Is the 4 pin that much beter when it comes to the operation of the lockright.

And before you guru's jump up and down about the CV not fitting in a 4 pin carrier I have that sorted.

Thoughts?

And yes a selectable locker would be nice but thats not my question.
