I finaly put my second hand iron man bash plates on my NGV again. They seem to be transfering quite a bit of noise to the cabin. It was much worse because the plates where touching the exhaust . I put a bit of a spacer in to seperate the plate from The exhaust. Is it normal to have an increase in cabin noise when you fit bash plates. Any advice on how to stop or reduce it further ?

Yes, you'll get more noise, bit like changing from road tyres to mud tyres. No easy way to solve it, you are reflecting engine noise back into the cab, you could try putting more insulation under the carpet, turn up the volume on the radio or just wait, you'll get used to it..
