Hi guys i know this has been probably done to death.. but.. I now have the 2in suspension lift dont 6.5 gears 2in extended shakles and rear auto locker to i want to go to 31s on a 15 x 7 rim. Its a 95 leaf spring wide track sierra. And the tyre shop are giving me the run around on what wheels i need. Off sets and stuff are doing my head in...

The tyre shop won't know and will normally actively discourage you from fitting tyres that size. I don't work in offset, backspacing is much easier to relate to and far more useful. Broadly you'd be looking for as close to 0 offset as you can get.

I think somewhere around -13 is fairly common? That would do just fine. Avoid the -44 nonsense. It's strictly Facebook spec.

My procomp 15x7-38mm are hektic sick.
I actually had 15x7-15 or something before that, and the difference to stability is noticeable. Wheel bearings still last ages.

Your lift allows that offset with fewer clearance issues though.

Personally, andrew, I'd pull the shackles off. They are doing the car no favours at all.
