Apologies in advance as I am sure these are all answered within the site.

1) Want to replace original suspension without a lift kit (where do I go) or should I go for a lift kit (where do I go) ?
2) Nuts: anybody any idea what I should be looking for to replace nuts, size etc ?
3) Maruti: seem to have a Maruti engine 800 on the cylinder head and 970 something on the block !
4) Appear to have an oil leak coming from the rear side of the cylinder head
5) Seats what can I do to replace the original seats
6) Front gate support, can get them from Columbia but the cost is beyond my reach
7) Door leaver strike plate is part of the whole soft top, does anybody just do the strike plate ?
8) Can I get a 40cm steering wheel that will fit
9) Nipples: anybody tried installing grease nipples in the front knuckle ?

1. You wont find new stock height springs for an LJ, you could get them custom made. West Coast suspensions do custom leafs. The problem with putting a lift kit in an LJ80 is they're all designed for Sierras. Whilst the springs are the same length and have the same bushes the amount of camber (arc) is different. LJs have less camber in the front and more in the rear so they sit very front high with Sierra leafs.
2. Suzukis use JIS (Japanese industry standard) bolt and nuts, these are somewhat hard to find and generally expensive. You can use standard metric nuts and bolts but some of the head sizes are different eg M8 JIS is 12mm and standard is 13mm. This royally shits me but if you can put up with having 11ty different sizes of bolt in your car then they're easy to find.
3. Yes, all Aus delivered F10as have 800 on the head. In my experience Maruti F10a are slower than Suzuki built ones but the have a bit more low down power. It feels like they have a tamer cam.
4. Dizzy housing leak is pretty common, just replace the gasket.
5. Not much fits, Mira and Jimny have been done on this forum but they look tight. I'd get the stock ones recovered unless you're going for the sports seat look.
6. Dunno what you're saying here.
7. You could probably find another top bow and cut it down. I'd personally get some door bars.
8. Probably, there are boss kits. Sierra ones fit.
9. To fill the cavity that the CVs are in? You could but we don't have issues with CV life. Fit some new CVs (they are $50 each new) when you do a disc brake conversion and never worry about them again.
